Valentine's Flowers & Plants

Come and shop houseplants, orchids, herbs and so much more for your loved ones. Enjoy a special treat and drinks while you shop & visit. Fresh flower bouquets & arrangements will be availabel for pickup. It is highly recommended that you contact me before so I can prepare enough orders. No Balloons or chocolates available.

Cactus & Succulents - Propagation
Class 1-3
Class 1 (13th) - 9am, 2 (14th) - 9am
& 3 (15th) - 9am
Fee - $8.00 per person
Join me as I show you how to divide, propagate & plant cactus & succulents. Your fee gets you a potted cactus or succulent of your choice. This is a single class so you can choose which day you want to join. This is an indoor/outdoor event, rain or shine. Please dress to the weather. Please send me your name and payment choice to sign up.

Spring Open House
Hours Tues-Friday 9-3, Sat 9-5
Join us for our spring open house. We welcome spring back at this time. Cool crops, flowers, bulb starts, herbs and so much more will be available. Please note we can still have a freeze up until the first week of May. Please protect your plants.

The Month of April
Tulips with Paula - Vendor Event
Hours - Tues - Friday 9-3, Sat 9-5
Paula planted over 10.5k bulbs this past fall & spring. Its going to be a beautiful spring. I invite you to walk the gardens. Flowers will be pre-cut to buy. Please do not pick flowers from the gardens. Paula's Petals is also a florist and these flowers are used to fill orders. At this time you can pre-order fall bulbs so make sure you grab your order form and mark your favorites. Bulbs are ordered in May, shipped in September. This event is open for Venders to setup. There is no fee. You choose your dates and times to be here.

May Day Event

It's May Day!!! A cherished pastime for myself. Pickup May Day floral to leave at your friends door to celebrate the return of Spring! Door holders and florals will be availabe for pickup.

Flowers for Mom
Hours Fri. 9-3, Sat. 9-5. Sun 10-2
This is the best time to get flowers for your mother or special loved ones. Fresh Orchids will arrive at this time. Fresh flower bouquets will available and so much more. There will be a sweet treat and drinks to enjoy while you shop.

May 16th & 17th
Houseplant Diagnosis - Class 1-3
Class 1 (16th)- 9am, (17th)2 - 9am & 3 - 1pm
This event requires you to bring in one of your houseplants and let me help you diagnose its problems. You do not have to bring a plant in to participate, is highly recommend for the class to have several examples. This class is free of and a single day class so you get to choose your day. This is an outdoor event rain or shine. When you sign up please send me a picture of your plant so I can prepare.

May 22nd - 24th
Memorial Day Florals
Hours Fri. 9-3, Sat. 9-5, Sun 10-2
Fresh florals & silk flowers will be available. Flags, angels, pinwheels and more on stakes will also be available. Cemetary vases are limited. No standing wreaths available. Garden flowers are also available.
June 6th & 7th
Cut Flower Harvesting Class 1-2
Class 1 (6th) - 8am, 2 (7th) - 8am
Learn how to harvest and prep your garden flowers for floral arrangements. You will learn how to cut and prep over 5 different kinds of flowers. This class is free and a single day class so you can choose which day you want to join in. You must sign up for this event.

June 12th, 13th & 14th
Floral Arranging Class 1-5
Class 1 (12th) -9am, 2 (12th) -3pm,
3 (13th) -9am, 4 (13th) -3pm,
5 (5th) -9am
Join me in learning how to arrange florals. I will show you how I arrange, but I encourage you to be creative and build to your creative feelings. There is a $35 fee per person, this includes your choice of vase and all the florals to design. This is a single class so you get to choose when to attend. You can take your floral arrangement with you. You must sign up for this event and submit payment. This is an outdoor event.

June 16th - 20th
Vase - Petal Dollar Event
Hours Tues. - Fri 9-3, Sat. 9-5
This is a trade-in vase event. You will receive petal dollars to use anytime at Paula's Petals. They are $1 for $1 and never expire. There will be a table of vases out for you to view to see how much you would get for different sizes. Glass only. any color. I also accept bowls and pedestal dishes that hold water. Reusing vases helps me keep costs low for everyone.

July 11th & 12th
Sansevieria Dividing Class 1-2
Class 1 (11th) - 9am, 2 (12th) - 9am
Come and learn how to care, divide and plant sansevierias. There will be several examples to see and learn about. This is a free and single class so you get to choose when to attend. You must sign up for this class. This is an outdoor event.

July 24th, 25th & 26th
Propagating to Transplanting
2 Part Class - 3 classes 2 parts
Class 1/1 (24th) - 9am, 2/1 (25th) - 9am, 3/1 ( 26th) - 9am
This is a 2 part class. The 2nd class takes place in August to give time for your propagations to root. The first class you will learn how to propate several plants. You will take cuttings of 3-5 plants, tag and water in. There is a $20 fee for this 2-part class. This allows you 3 pots, 3 plants and soil. The second part of the class you will then plant 3 choices of propagations to take home and learn how to care for them. You must sign up for this event. This is an outdoor event. Rain or Shine. All about Iris - Dig, Divide, & Planting
Class 1-3
Class 1/2(14th) - 8am, 2/2 (15th) - 8am, 3/2 (16th) - 8am
Learn everything you need to know about Iris. This is am early morning event to beat the heat. You may be wondering why do this in the heat of the summer, reason being this is when Iris are dormant during this period. This class is free and a single class so you get to choose your date. This is an outdoor event please wear proper footwear we will be walking the property. You must sign up for this event.

August 28th, 29th & 30th
Propagating to Transplanting 2 Part Class - 3 classes 2 parts (3/2)Class 1/2 (24th) - 9am, 2/2 (25th) - 9am, 3/2
(26th) - 9am
In this second part class you will be planting your propagations and learning how to car for them. Please see events in July for the first part of this class so you don't miss out. This class is a 2-part class and there is a $20 fee. This allows you to choose 3 plants from your propagtions, the soil & 3pots to take home. You must sign up for this event. It is an outdoor event Rain or Shine.

September 12th & 13th
Paula's Petals 4th Anniversary Taco/Houseplant Event
Hours Sat- 9-5, Sun- 9-3
Come celebrate Paula's 4th year! Tacos are a family recipe and all made fresh while you are here. The tacos are free to enjoy while you shop. Drinks & desserts also provided. Houseplants are Buy 4 get 1 FREE no limit. This is a rain or shine event.

Fall Bulbs Arrive!

Come in and shop all the fall bulbs. Tulips, crocus, saffron, daffodils, hyacinths, alliums and more!
September 24th, 25th, 26th & 27th
Dig - Divide - Peonies Class 1-4
Class 1 (24th) - 9am, 2 (25th) - 9am, 3 (26th) - 9am, 4 (27th) - 9am
Learn how to dig, divide & plant your Peonies. (Paeonia) End of Summer & fall is the best time to do this. I will teach you everything in between as well. This is an ourdoor event, please wear proper footwear we will be walking the property and in the gardens. This class is free and a single day class. You must sign up for the class.

October 3rd
Sip & Shop - Adult Only Event
Hours 3-7pm
Adult only event 21 years or older. Please bring in your favorite bottle of wine to share. This is a great way for you to try different wines. You will build a wine glass charm so you don't loose it and join in on a fun project. There is a $20 fee per person to attend. This fee allows you to take your glass home, enjoy snacks and water while here. Please drink responsible. You must sign up for this event. This is an outdoor event please dress to the weather.

October 16th & 17th
2nd Annual Fall Venders Event
Hours 9-4
Join us for the 2nd annual vendors event. BULBS will be available and the best time to plant them. Last year we had over 20 venders join us in the fun. ** Venders this event is free to setup. You must sign up for this event. Friday I cater all foods to you, Saturday is a Pot-Luck lunch by you. Snacks, drinks and fruits will be provided the length you are here. Porta Potty will be available and 1 indoor restroom. Wash station is located in the greenhouse. Venders will park in a seperate are after you unload. You may bring items like tables, tents etc. anytime the week of leading up to the event to This is an outdoor event rain or shine. Electricity & wifi is very very limited. You are in the country of a gravel road.

October 31st Halloween
Trick or Treat at the Greenhouse
Hours 9-4
Everyone is invited to come in costume and trick or treat around the greenhouse. Any guessed on what Paula will dress up as? it is not plant related. But from a movie I loved to watch when I was younger. You can enjoy drinks and special treats while here. We will have several people handing our candy so make sure you make your way around.

Everything Bulbs Class
Class 1 (12th) - 11am, Class 2 (13th) - 11am, Class 3 (14th) - 11am,Class 4 (15th) 11am
Lets plant some bulbs! This is an outdoor event please wear proper footwear. There will be digging involved and we will be walking the property. You will learn about all types of bulbs, care and when to plant them. There is a $25 fee with this class, this allows you a bag of bulbs to take home. You must sign up for this class. It is a single class so you can choose your date.

November 21st
Stars & S’mores
Hours 3-8
Join us to shop under the stars and have s'mores by a campfire. Seats will be provided, sticks will be gathered from the property. No fee for this event. Shopping & sitting under the soft lit lights of the greenhouse is so magical!!
Drinks will be provided, wash station is located inside the greenhouse.

December 12th, 13th, 19th & 20th
Santa & Cookies
Hours 9-4 MUST choose time slot
Come and see Santa Bill. You must bring your own camera. We will have someone to snap a picture for you. There are time slots listed below you must choose a time slot, so we don't have you waiting in the cold weather.
This is an outdoor event please dress to the weather. While you are here you can enjoy hot chocolate, cookies and the kiddos can make and ornament or decorate one. This is a free event. We will have a mail slot for letters to Santa. You must sign up for this event.
