This plant is known as the dumb cane. This grows in In bright light or part sun. This can handle some direct sun indoors and will help the plant grow upright rather than falling over and growning streched out canes.  ** Fun Fact - The name dumb cane comes from the plant having a sap containing a chemical that will cause temporary speechlessness if ingested.
